What is causing this shift?
? Banked-owned insured sales are down about 80%
? Hedge funds have moved in and are willing to pay full market price. ?They are especially active in the $150k - $300k price range.
? Buyers who avoided the 2006 market crash are now ready to buy
? People who have been through the short sale process are qualified to buy
